Phil Hoops is a graduate of Livingston High School and is now a student at the Rutgers Business School in Newark, New Jersey.
Throughout his career Phil has covered everything from government to high school sports. Prior to writing for Patch, he covered sports of all kinds in the city of Newark for Glocally Newark. In addition, he served as a contributor to NJ.com’s Always Amazin’ Mets Blog.
