Wintry Mix Could Make Wednesday Morning Commute a Headache

A winter weather advisory for Livingston and the rest of Western Essex early Wednesday to late afternoon could cause hazardous travel, National Weather Service says.

Sleet and snow could cause a hazardous morning commute through the afternoon on Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service.  A winter weather advisory is in effect for Western Essex for Wednesday from 12 a.m. to 4 p.m. Snow and sleet are predicted to start late Tuesday night into Wednesday morning with accumulations of up to an inch. Other Northern New Jersey areas included in the weather advisory include  Eastern Passaic, western Bergen, eastern Bergen and western Union.
