The team of Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan will take on Barack Obama and Joe Biden in November. Romney and Ryan, a Wisconson Republican congressman, teamed up in Norfolk, Va., this morning to make the official announcement, although details leaked out hours before. Ryan is considered a rising star in the GOP and is best known for his proposed budget, which called for an overhaul of Medicare. He has served in the House of Representatives for 14 years, and currently chairs the House Budget Committee and serving on the House Ways and Means Committee.
