Livingston Offers New Athletics and Youth Programs
Moviemaking, volleyball and adapted sports among the new activities.
Get ready for some spring and summer sports and fun! The township Senior, Youth and Leisure Services has several new courses being offered in athletics and for youths. Volleyball is one of the big new developments. Girls entering seventh and eighth grade can try out for a competitive volleyball team and both boys and girls in sixth through eighth grade can play in a youth in-town volleyball program, said Ken Lomax, the athletics and aquatics director. The township will also have its second year of adult swim classes, Lomax said, and the boys and girls Lancer sports camps are entering its third year.
