It will be a busy week in Livingston.
Livingston residents will have a lot to do this week... On Monday, the town council will be holding a conference agenda meeting at Town Hall. Also, Monday will be the first day that the Livingston Primetime Shuttle is in service. On Tuesday, the Planning Board will meet at Town Hall. On Thursday, the Livingston Technology Committee will be presenting a seminar titled Get the Most from Social Networking. On Sunday, Art on the Oval returns to Livingston.

Plenty to do in Livingston this week.
Livingston residents should have a busy week... On Monday, the town council meets for a regular and conference meeting. Also on Monday, the Board of Education will meet for a workshop meeting. For those of you who have been following the calendar discussion, board members will be discussing and reviewing the calendars for the 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 years. On Thursday, residents can head to the Farmer's Market and try some fresh produce. On Saturday, the LPD will present Operation Take Back NJ. The program will be collected unneeded prescription medication to take it off the street. Also on Saturday, Livingston will hold their final electronic recycling day of the 2012.

It's a busy week as always in Livingston.
Livingston residents will have plenty to do this week. On Monday and Tuesday, school will be closed in observance of Rosh Hashanah. On Thursday, mystery writer Cornelia Read will visit the Livingston Public Library. She will be discussing her 2006 book, A Field of Darkness, and her latest novel, Valley of Ashes. Also on Thursday, residents can head to the Farmer's Market and try some fresh produce.

On Tuesday, the town will remember the events of 9/11 with a Ceremony of Remembrance. There will also be a Zoning Board will meet at Town Hall. On Thursday, residents can head to the Farmer's Market and try some fresh produce. On Saturday, two families will be holding a special lemonade stand to raise money for the hearing impaired.

There is a shortage of blood in the state and each donation can save up to three lives. On Wednesday and Saturday, parents of in-coming pre-schoolers can check out an Open House at the Peanut Shell Early Center. On Thursday, residents can head to the Farmer's Market and try some fresh produce. On Friday, movie fans can head to the library for a showing of Joyful Noise.

National Night out is an annual event that is meant for community police to raise awareness about crime. It has been held annually since 1984. On Wednesday, senior citizens can head down to Northland Pool to celebrate the second Senior Night of the summer. On Thursday, residents can head to the Farmer's Market and try some fresh produce.

Families can also check outan event at the Livingston Public Library titled Family Night: Little Bear’s Big Dreams and Other Stories presented by storyteller Bob Kanegis at 7 p.m. Storyteller Bob Kanegis will mesmerize and delight the entire family with his clever, imaginative stories. On Thursday, residents can head to the Farmer's Market and try some fresh produce. On Sunday, the Essex County Summer Players Orchestra will be performing in its 12th summer season at Livingston High School, at 3 p.m. Admission and parking are free.

On Thursday, teens will get to hang out at Teen Night at the Northland Pool. On Sunday, The Bronx Wanderers will be playing at the Memorial Oval.

On Friday, the Livingston Public Library will be showing the film The Artist at 1:30 p.m. The film will also be shown on Sunday at 2 p.m. On Sunday, the Livingston Summer Concert Series continues with a performance by Parrot Beach. The concert starts at 7:30 p.m. at the Memorial Oval.
