Finding The Perfect Sandwich: Baumgart's Cafe

We sample the sandwich offerings at Baumgart's Cafe in the Livingston Town Center.

I decided to visit Baumgart's Café after learning that the popular restaurant had designated a portion of the menu exclusively to sandwiches and wraps. Upon entering the restaurant, I realized that it was no ordinary dining experience. Directly in front of me was a soda counter that resembled an old-fashioned one straight out of a 1950s malt shop. Located next to the soda counter is a large sushi bar with sushi chefs that will prepare just about anything you request. A quick glance through the menu showed that there was literally something for everyone. I mean where else can you order hamburgers, salads, wraps, Chinese food and sushi all in one place? Beat The Heat In Livingston

Need to cool off? Livingston has some hot spots for that.

The heat is back on.   Hopefully, it won't be as bad as the last heat wave, but temperatures are supposed to be high through the weekend.  Livingston does have some "cooling" spots, though.  Here's a sampling: Livingston Mall Yes, that's right, the mall isn't just for shopping anymore. The Livingston Mall has a host of activities for everyone.  Best of all, it's air conditioned. Although it may be a bit crowded at times, the mall can serve as a suitable alternative for walkers who find it too hot and humid to walk on the Oval.
