What’s the Story at the Library?

The Livingston Library is celebrating National Library Week with special events.

The Livingston Library is celebrating National Library Week doing what it does week in and week out throughout the year: Providing stimulating programs, family events, and of course, encouraging a love of reading. "Reading is one of the most important things kids can do," says Linda Simpfendorfer, the library's head of Children's Services. "It opens up a whole new world of information and entertainment and will, hopefully, instill lifelong love of learning."  To celebrate National Library Week, the library is presenting Family Night with a storyteller and shadow puppeteer Ron Sopyla on Thursday, April 14, at 7 p.m.  Call (973) 992-4600 ext. 270 to sign up or stop by the Children's Room at the library.   The library is also sponsoring "…
