Livingston had many new businesses join the township in 2012.
Barre3, which combines yoga and Pilates with ballet barre, has opened on South Livingston Avenue. The 60-minute class is designed to "strengthen, lengthen and develop leaner muscles in the healthiest way possible," said owner Nora Yi. Don's Restaurant, originally Don's Drive-In, opened in Livingston in the 1950s and existed there until the mid-1990s, having carved out a reputation big enough that people have been waiting with bated breath for this revival to finally open, so much so they have been talking about on the restaurant's own Facebook page. At this point in time there are more residents in town who probably don't know "Don's" at all. It is not even in Livingston. However we now have about 6 new Discount Dry Cleaners doing business in this town. Last count I think it was 16.
