The Kootz Play Livingston Library Sunday

Stop by the library for a free show this weekend.

The Livingston Public Library will become a concert hall on Sunday, Nov. 10, when The Kootz perform there live.

The local band will take the stage at 2:30 p.m. at the library. All are welcome and the concert is free.

This group of "Jersey guys"  started in the 90's as an "old man jam" and then morphed into the current performers of classic rock, pop, soul and blues. They have played all over New Jersey and the tri-state area, in rock clubs, resorts, biker bars, bistros, coffee houses.

The band also released an album titled, "Tales from the Endless Bus Tour of New Jersey."

Their 13 core-members (as well as several occasional guest artists) enable the band to play as many as 250 shows a year.

The concert, sponsored by the Friends of the Library Music Matters Series.
