The Livingston Township Council will meet Monday at 7:30 p.m. at town hall. The council is set to have a final vote on a nearly $2-million bond ordinance for the purchase of property.

Refreshments will be served. Founded in 1847 in New York City, Annin is the oldest and largest flag-maker in the United States.
