The Livingston Township Council will meet Monday at 7:30 p.m. at town hall. On the council's agenda is discussing a potential bond sale, awarding a contract for an auditor and reporting on open positions, among other things,

The National Council of Jewish Women will have its Dessert & Dialogue on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. at Temple Sharey Tefilo-Israel, 432 Scotland Road, South Orange. The speaker will be Susan Weiss, executive director at the Center for Women's Justice, Israel, to discuss women's rights in Israel, marriage rights, equality and women of the Wall.

The event is $10 for members, and $15 for nonmembers.  To register, call

The West Essex Art Association is will meet Wednesday from 7:30-9:30 p.m. at Crane's Mill Town Square, 459 Passaic Ave. in West Caldwell, in the Activity Room on the lower level for coffee and an informal exchange of local art news and opportunities.

The art association's meeting is free and open to all artists and interested parties. For more information, contact Constance Seugling at (973) 239-5005.

Temple Beth Shalom 193 East Mount Pleasant Ave. will hold Shabbat L'Khulam on Friday at 6:15 p.m. The service welcomes those of and abilities. Enjoy a special Oneg following services.

Join Cantor Knoller as she leads us in this program created as a warm, nurturing, supportive environment for families with members of all abilities. This is an interactive service where you will be encouraged to dance, play instruments, and pray from your heart.
