Foreign Language Partnerships, Library Friday Flick This Week

The Board of Education will meet Monday at 4:15 p.m. at the district's headquarters, at 11 Foxcroft Drive. The board will discuss and is expected to approve curriculum and hire consultants.

In addition, the board will enter into contracts this year with Livingston Chinese School for the use of facilities at the Heritage Middle School; the Livingston Huaxia Chinese School for the use of facilities at the Mount Pleasant School Complex; and The Indian School The Indian School for the use of facilities at the Riker Hill Elementary School.

The Livingston Public Library's Summer Movie rolls on with the showing of "Quartet" on Friday at 1:30 p.m. at the library. The movie is rater PG-13 and stars Maggie Smith, Tom Courtenay and Bill Connolly. The movie is free and open to everyone.
