TBA Sisterhood Annual Bowlathon Raised Funds for Leo Baeck School in Israel

The Sisterhood recently held its 2nd Annual Bowlathon, with the goal each year of raising funds for a different organization or school in Israel.  This year the participants bowled to raise funds for the Leo Baeck Education Center in Haifa, Israel. 

Leo Baeck is dedicated to educating Israel's most underprivileged at-risk children and teens:  those with special needs, youngsters from families living in poverty, and children from Ethiopian immigrant families.  For these children especially, the gift of education is the most empowering gift of all. 

The money raised at the event is earmarked to provide complete scholarships to two young Ethiopian women.  For information regarding the TBA Sisterhood visit their website.
