Photo of the Day: Lola's Pony Gets a Check Up

At last week's Teddy Bear Clinic, Lola Robinson's pony received a check up.

Four-year-old Livingston resident Lola Robinson brought her ponies, Kid and Blanca, to the Teddy Bear Clinic on July 18, 2012.  Lola said their “check-ups” showed both ponies were doing well and she was glad they did not cry when they got their shots.

Lola’s mom, Jennifer Robinson, said, “The Teddy Bear Clinic is a great way to expose Lola to the world of medicine.”

At the Saint Barnabas’s annual Teddy Bear Clinic, children and their “patients” visited a series of interactive, fun play stations designed to help children learn that they don’t have to fear a trip to the hospital.
