NJ Moms Guide, Build 'n Blocks Ensure Kids are Ready for School

Do you remember the scent and pleasure of opening a new box of crayons, the bold colors of a new set of markers, organizing your new backpack with all those newly purchased and labeled school supplies? You felt ready and eager to conquer the new school year!

On August 23, , in conjunction with NJ Moms Guide held a special to help children get the school year off to a successful start with a backpack full of needed school supplies. 

Giving back to the community and helping children succeed in school is very important to both NJ Moms Guide and Build 'n Blocks.  NJ Moms Guide partnered with Build 'n Blocks and hosted an event that offered families a fun filled afternoon playing in the LEGO workshop, working on arts and crafts, enjoying sweet treats, learning about making snow and slime goo and offered families a chance to win raffle prizes.  Free admission was given to all families that donated school supplies.

NJ Moms Guide and Build 'n Blocks mission was accomplished and both collaborated together to ensure that the community is involved in this important organization and also to ensure that all kids are ready for school with the basic tools to reach their fullest potential.
