Livingston Issues Voluntary Water Restriction

Due to the heat and lack of rainfall, Livingston officials would like residents to limit their use of water over the next few days.

With the and the lack of rain in the forecast, Livingston officials are asking residents for cooperation with voluntary water restrictions:

  • Limit outdoor water use and lawn sprinkling
  • Do not water during the day when most water evaporates
  • Please conserve water to help prevent a mandatory water ban

Is anyone at township office going after abusive property managers at the Corporate office parks that do no regulate their water sprinklers? Far too often sprinklers are running even after a decent rain. These office complexes need to conserve better too.
