Send updates, pictures and more during upcoming games to the Livingston Patch editor at mike.donofrio@patch.com.

Livingston's two-game wining streak was snapped last weekend with a loss to East Orange.

The Lancers fell to East Orange High School 16-28 Saturday in East Orange. Livingston's points came from a run by Jake Rosenbaum, a 20-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Matt Gibbon to Mark Silvestri, and a field goal by Silvestri, according to NJ.com.

The Lancers are now 4-3 on the season.

This week, Livingston prepares to host Seton Hall Prep Pirates on Friday under the lights at Livingston High School at 7 p.m.

During Friday's game, the Livingston Football Parents Association and the Livingston Cheerleading Program, in conjunction with the Livingston Coat Guy Coat Drive, will also host their first high school Varsity Coat Drive.

Everyone is encouraged to donate gently used men’s, women’s and children’s coats, jackets, gloves and hats.

All donations will be collected as you enter the stadium at the gate.
