Incumbents Ronnie Spring and Leslie Winograd and challenger Art Altman gave residents a glimpse into their campaigns on Wednesday.

With a month to go until the November election, three candidates faced the public Wednesday as they contend for two seats on the Livingston Board of Education.   

Incumbents Ronnie Spring and Leslie Winograd and challenger Art Altman gave residents a glimpse into their campaign platforms at a candidates forum yesterday held at the Livingston Senior & Community Center. 

Candidates gave prepared remarks and answered questions from the public at the forum, which was put on by the League of Women Voters.

The three will contend for two open spots on the board in the Nov. 5 election. Each seat carries three-year terms.
