Snowstorm Closes Livingston Schools Friday

State of emergency declared as heavy snow and extreme cold hit the area.

The first winter storm of 2014 has caused the Livingston School District to cancel classes on Friday.

The district announced the snow day late Thursday evening. The district cited the "serious snowstorm and state of emergency" as the reason it canceled classes, according to the district website.

All activities and programs are also canceled.
