Livingston residents can advantage of the townships 50/50 sidewalk program. Any residential property owner in Livingston can apply by completing a Cost-Sharing Sidewalk Repair Program application and returning it to the Engineering Department, at 357 So. Livingston Ave.,
Benefits of the Cost-Sharing Sidewalk Repair Program include:
- Pay only 50 percent of the cost of fixing or replacing your sidewalks.
- Save approximately 20 percent on the overall cost of hiring an independent contractor.
- All permits are taken care of, and the job is managed by the township.
- Take five years to pay your share.
