Free Paper Leaf Bags Available For Residents on County, State Roads

Pick up your leaf bags at the Livingston public works garage starting Oct. 7.

If you are a resident living on an Essex County road or state high Route 10 (Mt. Pleasant Avenue), then you are eligible for free paper leaf bags. 

Residents can get their leaf bags at no cost starting Monday, Oct. 7, through Monday, Dec. 2, at the Livingston public works garage, at 235 S. Livingston Ave., on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. 

Leaf bags will also be available at the public works garage every Saturday in November. Proof of address must be provided.

Leaf bags will not be available on Thursday, Nov. 28 and Friday, Nov. 29.
