All Township Music Festival Captivates Audience at Livingston High School

LIVINGSTON, NJ - Livingston High School (LHS) hosted its 38thAnnual All Township Music Festival on Wednesday, March 26, for Livingston residents to enjoy the LHS Orchestra and Chorus, Heritage Middle School Advanced Orchestra, All Township Elementary Band, Mt. Pleasant Middle School Concert Choruses, and the Heritage Middle School Eighth Grade Band.

Hundreds attended this musical festival, with every seat packed inside the LHS auditorium. Orchestra and chorus members were dressed formally in black and white—a sleek look that highlighted the elegance of the night.

First up was the LHS Orchestra, playing “Themes from Symphony No. 40 in G Minot,” which started the night with a catchy beat, along with many synchronized movements. The first chorus song was “Kawouno Wan Gi Pi,” a Kenyan melody, followed by an Italian song called, “Con Te Partirò.”
