The Garden State is making international news for growing an award-winning beard.
Jeff Langum, 39, of Voorhees, won first place in the "Full Beard Natural" category at the World Beard & Moustache Championships held in Germany over the weekend.
The last time Langum shaved was some 25 months ago for a friend's wedding, USA Today reported.

The publicity for "beardos", as some call themselves, and mustache aficionados, comes in time for Movember, or No-Shave November, an increasingly popular effort to raise awareness of men's health issues by letting facial hair flow.
