It’s not just a catchy saying at Livingston Public Schools. It’s a promise of great expectations, from our youngest learners to our high schoolers, nearly 6,000 in all.  

Technology education is just one area where Livingston is distinguished as a leader among the state’s highest-ranking schools. In a tour at Livingston High School, I caught a glimpse of students doing some of the things I would never thought possible when I attended LHS -- in CAD engineering and robotics, energy-efficient vehicles and stage craft. Just this week at Heritage, teen girls interested in engineering joined a live web chat on storm water pollution.   “

One thing we’ve learned at Livingston High School, is that you can have your ideas complex and as out-of-the-box as you want, but it still has to be purposeful and work,” says a student featured in the technology department’s video. “That’s how things are in real life.”
