I just got my car back from Livingston Collision. This is the second time I've had my car worked on at their facility. I chose to have the work done there because I had such a good experience with them when they did major repairs on my minivan about a year ago. They did a great job fixing the car, and gave me as many options as possible to keep the cost down. They used a combination of new, after market, and salvaged parts, and explained all the repairs along the way. When they were done with all the repairs they washed the car, inside and out.

This time, the damage was from a minor finder bender, and the other driver's insurance was paying for the repairs. When I brought the car in, I mentioned that my brakes(recently replaced at another mechanic)were squeaky. They said the brakes might just need some lubricant. I was planning on bring the car back to the original mechanic to check them after Livingston Collision was done with the bodywork. When I picked up my car, I realized on the drive home that my brakes were no longer squeaking. I didn't ask them to look at the brakes, and I was not charged for the service.

The business is family owned and operated, and they obviously take pride in maintaining a good reputation for being trustworthy and honest, doing high quality work, and providing excellent customer service.
