Prefer Your Holidays on a Separate Plate? Hear an Anti-Thanksgivukkah Song

Rabbi Daniel Brenner is at it again, writing and singing about Jewish holidays and traditions. But this time he's displeased about the 2013 convergence of Hanukkah and Thanksgiving, aka Thanksgivukkah.

The video for his new ditty, "The Anti-Thanksgivukah Song" (Brenner's spelling) features "The Jew Twins" swashbuckling with a potato and a yam and other antics.

Here are the lyrics to The Anti-Thanksgivukah Song so the whole family can sing along: 

I don't want cranberries in my latkes/ feh on menurkey chotchkes/Turkey isn't stuffed with Jewish rye/ kugels the flavor of pumkin pie/
I like my holidays on a separate plate
Conflating the two starts to irritate
Playing dreidel for candy corn just isn't right
I'll do thanksgiving day and Hannukah night
