Livingston High's Project Graduation Wants To Wrap Your Holiday Gifts

The goal is to be open and available for wrapping no matter what your shopping schedule and no matter what your shopping destination.

The Livingston High School Project Graduation gift-wrap booth is back again at the Livingston Mall this holiday season.

For years, the gift-wrap booth has been a tradition at the mall. This year, the booth opens on Friday, Nov. 29, and will remain open until Tuesday, Dec. 24.

“It's a great way to have your gifts beautifully wrapped and to support a great cause at the same time," said chairperson of the event Lauri Brown said,

  • Monday, Dec. 9, Tuesday, Dec. 24, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

The goal is to be open and available for wrapping no matter what your shopping schedule and no matter what your shopping destination. Have your gifts wrapped one by one as you shop or bring us all your gifts and have them all wrapped at one time.

Items wrapped do not have to be purchased at Livingston Mall.

The gift wrap booth offers a variety of choices in gift bags, boxes, wrapping paper, and ribbons to suit different needs and tastes.

The charges range from $1 to $8 depending on the size of the item and the intricacy of the wrapping. Volunteers including students, alumni, teachers, and parents generously donate their time. Each year, volunteers spend approximately 650 volunteer hours to wrap close to 1,000 gifts.

The money raised goes to support the Livingston High School Project Graduation. Project Graduation is a volunteer run, annual tradition at the high school and at many high schools around the country.

The event offers an organized, adult-supervised, tobacco-free, drug-free, and alcohol-free celebration of graduation at no cost to the student.
