NAIOP New Jersey Program Will Focus on Lowering Operating Costs

NAIOP New Jersey, the commercial real estate development association,
has slated a timely program titled "50 Shades of Green: Hi-tech Options
for Lower Operating Costs." Scheduled for October 30, 2013, the program
will be held at the Eisenhower Corporate Campus in Livingston.

latest "green" technology available to help lower operating costs and
increase property owners' bottom lines. That technology includes Clean
Web, Cloud-based IT services, and intelligent buildings technology. Also
on the agenda are updates on energy trends, compliance, incentives and
how to access funding to lower energy usage.

Confirmed speakers
include Commissioner Joseph Fiordaliso of the NJ Board of Public
Utilities, Jennifer Senick of the Rutgers Center for Green Building,
Evan Conley of Solis Partners, Steve Gabel of Gabel Associates, Chris
Mangano of Mercadien Technologies, Paul Parisi of Siemens, Rob Crespi of
Wolff & Samson and Andrew Houston of Cassidy Turley.
