JCC MetroWest Celebrates Black History Month

Celebrating the diversity of our community during Black History Month, JCC MetroWest is pleased to present a special program featuring West Orange High School’s Jubilee Show Choir and nationally ranked Boy’s Dance/Step Team on Thursday, February 20, 12:30 pm at the Leon & Toby Cooperman JCC, 760 Northfield Avenue, West Orange.

The Jubilee Show Choir is comprised of a select group of singers, dancers, and instrumentalists who perform a variety of styles of inspirational and motivational music with the mission of bringing a positive message of hope to the community.  The Boy’s Dance/Step Team is a club organized to develop and display the musical, rhythmic, and creative dance talents of young men. The group is a member of the New Jersey State Step Association (NJSSA) and competes in competitions during the school year. They have won several first place awards.

The program is FREE and open to the community. Advance registration is strongly suggested by calling 973-530-3474 or 973-929-2938.  Limited space is available.
