History of American Flagmaking.



The Livingston Historical Society

will hold its next meeting on Monday, October 28th, at the Livingston Senior/Community Center,

204 Hillside Avenue, at 7:30pm.

Speaker for the evening will be Ms.
Dale Coots, marketing director at Annin Flag-makers in Roseland, NJ.  Ms. Coots will speak about the history of the American Flag, how to honor, display and properly care for it.

and patriotic decorations are manufactured in the USA from American made materials.

Flagmakers is headquartered in Roseland, NJ , with manufacturing facilities in South
Boston, Virginia and Coshocton, Ohio.

Annin is the oldest and largest flagmaker in the United States, founded in 1847 in NYC, it is still owned and operated by the 6th. generation family members Carter Lee Beard and Sandy Dennis Van Lieu who are direct Annin descendants.
