Temple B’nai Abraham Offers Solar Screening Event

Temple B’nai Abraham Offers Solar Screening Event
Opportunity for Homeowners to “Go Solar” at No Cost

On February 10,  from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM, GreenFaith – an interfaith environmental coalition – and AP Solar will offer a Solar Screening Event at Temple B’nai Abraham, sponsored by the TBA Green Team. This event offers homeowners the chance to be screened for a zero-cost solar installation that would provide them with overall savings on their energy costs.

At the Screening Event, there will be a monitor set up enabling interested homeowners to have their home screened via satellite photos to see if their roof appears to be suitable for solar.  “It’s an enjoyable, interesting way to learn about solar power,” said Rev. Fletcher Harper, GreenFaith’s Executive Director.  “We’re eager to work with faith-based and nonprofit sites around New Jersey to identify homeowners whose home qualifies for this great opportunity.”

This offer is open to all New Jersey homeowners and the public is welcome to this event.  This is a great time to learn if their home might qualify for a no-cost solar installation.

For those who cannot be at the Screening Event, homeowners can register on-line at www.greenfaith.org to have their roof evaluated.
