February 10th…Activities Abound at TBA Mitzvah Morning

On Sunday, February 10, join the members of the Temple B’nai Abraham  congregational family for  “Mitzvah Morning”, sponsored by the Temple B'nai Abraham Membership Committee with the Social Action Committee, Men’s Club, Prime Time, Early School Parents’ Council and Religious School PTA,  as they participate together in a gratifying and rewarding morning of activities and volunteering to help those in need in our neighboring communities. Come for the entire morning or for just part of these A.M. activities.  This effort is led by Wendy Wiseberg and Lauren Scher, Mitzvah Morning Co-Chairs with Marjie Zucker and Ken Starr, Membership Co-Chairs.

Beginning at 8:30 AM, Temple B'nai Abraham Men’s Club will hold a Sunday morning Minyan with Rabbi Kulwin at temple. It’s a great way to make new friends and catch up with old friends. Rabbi Kulwin makes the service a little more traditional and keeps it interesting by explaining parts of it with which you may not be familiar. Everyone is welcome.  Craig Kantor and Lawrence Moskowitz are Men’s Club Co-Presidents.

Then that morning, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM,  there will be a Blood Drive sponsored by Men’s Club in conjunction with The Blood Center of New Jersey. Perform a mitzvah and donate blood. For questions regarding blood donation eligibility, call The Blood Center at 973-676-4700, ext: 132 or visit their website at http://www.bloodnj.org/whoarewe.htm.
