David Podles - Solo Violin Concert at Livingston Library

Join acclaimed international concert violinist, David Podles, for a performance at Livingston Library on Tuesday, December 17 at 7:30 pm.

David Podles, formerly with the Bolshoi & Kirov Ballets, will take you on a musical adventure through the centuries. Come and enjoy treasured music from around the world! 
 
Dr. Podles began playing violin at age 7 in his native country of Latvia. Upon earning a Ph.D in music at age 24, he went on to an illustrious career in symphony, chamber, opera and ballet orchestras, and played sold-out solo tours across the Soviet Union and Europe. 

In the United States, Podles has performed at Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall and the 92nd Street Y in New York City, both as a solo violinist and with an orchestra.
