CARDIO-DANCE-FITNESS SATURDAY 10:30am

Cardio-Jam fitness is an aerobic fitness class that inspires WOMEN to get fit while having FUN learning dance moves and choreography.  In this high energy class you  can burn 600+ calories per session. This 5 week course starts Feb 8th.  Email-puccipac@gmail.com
