Altman, Winograd Elected To Livingston Board of Education

Altman unseated incumbent and board president Ronnie Spring.

The current Livingston Board of Education president lost his seat in Tuesday's election. 

Newcomer Arthur Altman and incumbent Leslie Winograd were elected to the board with 33.4 and 37.4 percent of the vote, respectively, according to preliminary results. Altman and Winograd garnered 2,532 and 2,835 votes, respectively. 

Altman unseated incumbent and board president Ronnie Spring. Spring came in third and received 28.8 percent of the vote, according to preliminary results.

A total of 7,576 Livingston residents cast ballots in Tuesday's election, according to preliminary results.
