Residents Do Polar Bear Plunge and Run For Diabetes

NYSC holds Polar Bear Run for diabetes.

On Saturday, residents came to New York Sports Club to help raise money for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Participants in the Tuff Kids Polar Bear Run and Plunge had to navigate through land and water obstacles and relays.  After what was surely a fun time for the kids, they cooled down with food, games and prizes at the Polar Bear Party.

A portion of the proceeds from the event were used to benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, the leading global organization focused on type-1 diabetes research.
