Volunteer Fair To Be Held In Livingston

The Vision 20/20 Committee will host another volunteer fair on Oct. 6.

A local committee will hold an upcoming volunteer fair in Livingston.

Due to the overwhelming success of the Bicentennial Volunteer Fair earlier this year, the Vision 20/20 Committee will host another volunteer fair on Oc.t 6 from 1-4 p.m. at the Senior Community Center, 204 Hillside Ave.

The committee has selected October because it coincides with the township's requests for resumes of interested persons to serve on committees for the following year.

If you have ever thought about getting involved in the community, now is the perfect time!

The purpose of this fair is to give members of the community an opportunity to see firsthand what volunteer and community involvement opportunities are available to them.

Representatives from many of the committees and organizations in town will be at the fair to answer your questions and provide you with information about their activities and how you can be of help.
