Judaica discussion open to all
Temple Emanu-El of West Essex, Livingston – Art Historian Dr. Rachel Goldman will discuss "Collecting Judaica in the 21st Century" on October 6 for the first Adult Education Sunday Brunch of the year. The event is open to the public. Dr. Goldman will speak about repatriation of Judaica since the Holocaust and provide examples from Judaica collections. She will answer audience questions about personal collections. Valuation and Appraisal Services will not be offered at this lecture. However, she will edify participants where and how to get Judaica evaluated. The event begins at 9:30 a.m. at the Temple. Admission is $10 in advance and $15 at the door. Call 973-992-5560 to rsvp.
