 gins its fourth season on Friday\, June 29 and will run every Friday fro
 m 12-6 through October. The market will again be held in the municipal p
 arking lot\, behind Caldwell Cinema (317 Bloomfield Avenue)\, with acces
 s from Smull Avenue or Personette Street. Since it&rsquo\;s inception\, 
 the Caldwell Farmer&rsquo\; Market has been organized and managed by Pro
 ject Main Street volunteers and funded through money raised by the nonpr
 ofit organization.\nThis year&rsquo\;s market focus will be on fresh\, n
 aturally raised local produce and meats and specialty foods from both ne
 w and returning farmers and vendors\nMadura Farms\, a 300 acre family fa
 rm\, employs all natural farming methods and has developed an extensive 
 following through markets across the tri-state area\, including the Unio
 n Square Green Market. Owners John D. and Kristie Madura pride themselve
 s on their extensive variety of uncommon cultivated and foraged mushroom
 s\, including varieties such as King Oyster\, Enoki\, Shiitake\, Lions M
 ane\, Maitake\, Portabella\, Chanterelle\, and Morels. The couple also r
 aises a variety of sprouts\, herbs\, specialty salad greens\, berries an
 d vegetables.&nbsp\;\nSprout Food and Farms\, who will be joining the ma
 rket in July\, specialized in hydroponic farming. This environmentally s
 ound method uses less water\, requires no pesticides or chemical fertili
 zers\, and releases no nutrition pollution into the environment. In addi
 tion to hydroponic vegetables and micro greens\, Sprout will offer raw m
 ilk cheeses and raw honey.&nbsp\;\nRoaming Acres Farm is a Sussex County
  family farm raising ostrich and buffalo using sustainable farming metho
 ds that are good for the animals\, consumers\, and the environment. Live
 stock are fed a vegetarian diet using all natural ingredients with no ho
 rmones or antibiotics. Ostrich meat has less cholesterol\, fewer calorie
 s\, more protein and less than half the fat of chicken. The buffalo are 
 free range and grass fed.\n&nbsp\;\nSnoep Winkel Farm\, a returning favo
 rite\, is a small family farm that practices traditional farming and gra
 zing methods\, never using hormones\, steroids or antibiotics.&nbsp\; Sn
 oep Winkel offers New Jersey grass-fed beef\, lamb\, pork\, chicken and 
 eggs. Whether raising a chicken or steer\, Snoep Winkel believes that th
 e quality of the animal&rsquo\;s lives is reflected in the quality of th
 e food.\nIona Farms\, a fourth generation family farm\, has been a favor
 ite at the Caldwell Farmers&rsquo\; Market for four years. They offer a 
 large variety of Jersey Fresh vegetables\, fruits and herbs. Iona also h
 as a beautiful selection of live plants and seasonal specialty items.\nS
 chaefer Farms\, a new addition to the Caldwell Farmers&rsquo\; Market\, 
 is a fourth generation New Jersey family farm that grows over 50 varieti
 es of heirloom tomatoes\, raises 200 breeds of chickens for their eggs\,
  and a large assortment of seasonal vegetables. The Schaefer family also
  makes 100 scents of soy candles and offers beautiful perennial and annu
 al plants for sun and shade.\nJaker&rsquo\;s Pickles will be back at the
  market again\, offering Well Pickles\, Half Sour Pickles\, New York Dil
 ls\, New York Garlic Sours\, and Hot &amp\; Spicy Dill\, sold by the gal
 lon\, quart\, pint\, or pickle-on-a-stick. &nbsp\;Jaker&rsquo\;s Pickles
  is also famous for his sauerkraut\, New Jersey green tomatoes\, and stu
 ffed olives\nGourmet Nuts &amp\; Dried Fruit will also be retuning with 
 an amazing variety of nuts\, dried fruits\, dried mixes and brittles.\nO
 ther guest farmers and vendors will join the market throughout the seaso
 n.\nThe Caldwell Farmers&rsquo\; Market will also feature live music\, l
 ocal chef demonstrations\, guest speakers and children&rsquo\;s activiti
 es. The Caldwell Police Department will be partnering with Project Main 
 Street this year to bring community safety programs to the market. The W
 est Essex Master Gardeners will be on-site the first four weeks of the m
 arket to answer all of your gardening questions. Caldwell merchants and
