Thousands of luminaries on New Year's Eve in Livingston lit a path for a better tomorrow in 2011. On dozens of streets across town were signs of H.O.P.E. (Helping Other People Everywhere). H.O.P.E. is a fundraiser to help support Livingston individuals and families who need aid. "People have a misperception of Livingston and don't realize that there are people in town with serious financial troubles," said Karen Garber, one of the founders. "There are many people who truly need help."
