Crowd comes out Monday night for the opening of Livingston's new municipal complex.
Livingston's new state of the art municipal complex opened on Monday night to fanfare. A Who's Who of politicians showed up to welcome the new building, which is located across from the Oval. Score of residents, too, came out to get an inside look at the sprawling building.
