The Livingston Health Department will offer flu shots for those 18 years and older on Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013 at the Senior  and Community Center, 204 Hillside Ave.

The flu vaccine supply is limited and registration is REQUIRED. Appointments will be scheduled from 10 a.m.-12 noon. The cost is $20 or free with Medicare as your PRIMARY insurance.

Appointments are required; call the Nursing Office at (973) 535-7961 ext 226, 227 or 228 to schedule an appointment. No flu shots will be given if you miss your appointment.
