It's June: Do We Hear Wedding Bells?
Wedding planners (and photographers and cake decorators) get down to business.
The month of June is synonymous with weddings. A lot goes into that day, as anyone who has planned a wedding knows. One wants to make sure that everything goes right and it doesn't hurt if the people behind the scenes know each other.
NJWedding.com -- along with Bridal Expo Inc., WeddingZone.net, WedAlert.com, Brides.com, AFWPI.com and Contemporary Bride magazine -- hosted an event for industry professionals to make some connections and help each other out.
The vendors -- wedding planners, suppliers, industry professionals, bridal retailers, photographers, entertainment companies, videographers, cake decorators and more -- had a chance to meet -- and eat and drink -- at the Westminster Hotel in Livingston. Raffles were held, introductions made and business cards were traded. Makeup artist Sunny Linkfield "met some really nice people who I can network with." And now that the suppliers have become acquainted, it's time to get out and find some brides.
Don't worry, NJWedding has that covered, too.

Thanks to Livingston Patch for covering this NJ wedding industry networking event at the Westminster Hotel! From editor Marilyn Lehren to photographer Bob Krasner, you were so helpful to work with, and we appreciate the opportunity to showcase members of the New Jersey weddings community getting together to meet and build their business. Also, a big THANKS to Amy Dimes from the Westminster Hotel, who offered this beautiful Essex county location (with delicious food and outstanding service) as our host for the evening.
