Jacqueline Boutique has done it again. For the second year, it’s been recognized as the best for formal wear. New Jersey Monthly’s “Best of New Jersey 2011,” hot off the presses, represents voters from around the state who told the magazine what’s best from around the Garden State and why.

Sorry, folks, but just as clothes don't make the man, the dresses don't make the boutique. The snooty atmosphere and arrogant salespersons don't make up for having a "hand-picked" collection. They're downright rude. If they make the 2012 "Best of" list, I will have to question where NJ Monthly is getting its information from.
